This simple report is merely a real time report of the activities (open and completed) for the current day.  It is built using CRM On Demand's real time reporting engine and some simple rolling date filters.  The keys to ensuring a group of <10 people can have an effective meeting in just five minutes are:

• The report is simple and everyone know how to acccess it.
• Everyone is expected to update their information prior to the meeting.
• Every item is NOT reviewed, just the exceptions.
• Conditional Formatting is used to high light key items.

Note: In the interest of protecting client data, the content of this report is obviously demonstration data, but you get the gist, right?
